Professional horse care in a traditional setting conveniently located on a historic property in Middleburg, VA.

Foxrock Stables has more than 30 years experience in the care, boarding and training of horses and ponies for hunter/jumper shows and competitions, foxhunting or relaxing pleasure rides. All breeds and disciplines are welcome. Re-training off the track Thoroughbreds for a new career after racing is a specialty.

We offer hands-on care by professional staff and very knowledgeable and compassionate assistants. Horses are individually assessed, fed and treated based on many factors including work level and fitness goals. Horses are turned out in small groups with compatible buddies.

The barn is within hacking distance to many of the Middleburg Hunt and the Snickersville Hounds hunt meets, and a short drive from other equestrian events such as the Upperville Horse Show, Glenwood Park, Banbury Cross Polo and the Great Meadow events.

Foxrock Stables uses highly qualified and professional providers for farrier services, veterinary services and equine dentistry services.
Boarders may use their own service providers but will be reponsible for scheduling their own appointments.
